Uses:
For the Kidneys: Relieves pain associated with as well as aids in the passing of kidneys stones.
Astringent property makes it useful for incontinence and bedwetting. Cystitis.
Tones tissues in the bladder while relaxing tension.
For the Central Nervous System: Indicated for those who hold emotions or tension in the stomach or who have a habit of holding their breath during times of stress or pain. While this is effective short term by releasing endorphins that relieve pain, holding your breath can have negative effects when done too often.
Relaxes tension along the central nervous system, allowing it to switch from sympathetic to parasympathetic state. This increases blood flow to places that being in a constant flight mode would restrict.
Gargle for a sore throat & Laryngitis.
