Actions:
Foundational: Relaxant. Bitter. Aromatic
Primary: Diaphoretic. Expectorant. Mild aperient.
Secondary: Tonic. Antispasmodic.
Uses:
Lowers bone aching fever (fluish fever where your body aches). Topically & internally for supporting & setting of bones.
Helps to clear congestion from the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract.
Helps move stuck mucous in the lungs.
Normalizes an imbalance of androgen.
Helps to clear the build up of waste in the body and relieve constipation. Slowly flushes the liver .
Can potentially relieve symptoms of muscular rheumatism.
Relaxes the muscles, stomach, gall ducts, bowels and uterus.

Stimulates digestive secretions in the liver and digestive tract. Excellent choice in digestive debility in the elderly.
Boneset can actually help bring bones together into the right place and then begin to heal them together.
