Uses: 

Stevia is roughly 10-30 times sweeter than sugar and has only 1 calorie for every 10 leaves. Has no carcinogenic properties and has a long history of being safe. Is actually often used as a treatment for diabetes. You only need one to a few drops of the extract or a small pinch of the leaf or powdered leaf to sweeten foods or drinks.
